Ice Cats - Girls Hockey
The Troy Albany Ice Cats female hockey teams marked their 30th season in 2023. Much has changed since the 1993-94 season but the goal of developing players and providing a positive environment for our players and families has not. Our Ice Cats become better players, form lasting friendships, graduate from high school and make their way to college. To date, more than 85 Ice Cats have gone on to play college hockey at Division I, Division II, and Club levels.
Our coaching staff is experienced (and includes 3 former Ice Cats) and they work very hard to develop all of our players.

All tryouts will be held at Frear Park in Troy, NY.
2024-2025 Season
This season, we are thrilled to announce the formation of several teams within the Ice Cats organization. We have introduced a 10U Intro to Ice Cats team, along with teams at the 12U, 14U, 16U, and 19U levels. We warmly welcome all the new players who have joined our Ice Cats family and are excited about the opportunities ahead for our teams.
